Flexo Block The Flexo pre-press and plate processing division is one of the best in the industry, with the state-of-the-art technology from Esko Artworks and Dupont. In fact we are one of the few Dupont approved Flexo trade shops in India.
We have a dedicated Esko Artworks workflow with multiple seats of Packedge which is one of the most powerful production software's of its kind, Colortone for high end colour correction, flexo fix and flexo clean for final image editing, Flex proof and Kaleidoscope for color management and separate dedicated Flex rip, ripping software's for our two CDI.
The latest CDI is equipped with inline UV exposure and can image upto 4000 DPI with High Definition screening which is a revolutionary screening technology from Esko Artworks.
Our plate processing equipments are Dupont approved, with two incremental processors, of which one is from Heights USA, and the other from Shwan Germany. Our exposure, dryer and light finishers are from Mercom.
We can process plates up to 42 x 60 inches with very standards of quality which keeps us way ahead from competition. A dedicated and skilled workforce backed up by the infrastructure has brought a lot of national and international awards for our customers. Just to name a few, our jobs have got 7 IFTA, 2 AFTA, in the last two years and this year we have 5 nominations for FINAT award.
